There are separate entrances as follows: The entrance for competitors is located off Rt. 41 west of the farm entrance; turn left at Hotchkiss Corner. Limited on-grounds stabling at $100/stall per night. Permanent stabling in 10 X 10 stalls, with stall doors provided, on groundsavailable on a first come, first servebasis with an overflow to off grounds, near-by. Initial bedding only will be provided. Additional shavings will be available at $8 per bag. Stalls must be stripped, include a $25 refundable stall depositseparate check, please.Your deposit will be returned once your stall is checked. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.Waterand ditches at alllevels.Terrain: Rolling hills. Courses at all levels designed by Jeff Kibbie. Cross-country course closed August 7th. Show Jumping Course is on rubber/sand all weather footing, enlarged ring. Entries limited to 300 total over the two days of competition. Levels will be divided/combined as entries warrant, state preferences under the Eligible Section and be sure to include birth date on entry.
All dogs must be leashed at all times. Food and beverages available on grounds. Helmets must be worn at all times when mounted. XC Pinny holder required with number insert provided. Motorized vehicle statement -Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in thestate in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they areaccompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license.The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and managementin their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but notlimited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areaswhere people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk ofharm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
